Every launch deserves
a trailer.
Paste a GitHub repo or a website. Klix reads it, Claude writes and directs the cut, and your browser renders a launch video with its own score, ready for X.

The sample cut
Sixteen styles,
sixteen real repos.
The real issue
You shipped.
Nobody saw it.
A launch post lives for a few seconds in a feed. A link and a paragraph rarely survive the scroll, and cutting a proper video means screen recordings, captions, music and an editor you do not have time to learn.
Klix makes the video from what you already wrote: the repo or the site itself.

01Paste
A repo or a website
Drop in owner/repo from GitHub, or any public site like linear.app. No sign up.
-
02Read
Klix reads the source
README, stars, languages and latest release from GitHub. For a site: its copy, headings, preview image, and the colours and fonts in its CSS.
-
03Write
Claude writes the cut
A hook, feature beats and a closing line, only from what the source says. For a website it also dresses the video in the site's own look.
-
04Direct
Describe or fine tune
Tell Claude the video you want in your own words, or set it yourself: style, palette, font, music, pacing, format, effects.

05Export
Render and post
Your browser renders every frame into an MP4 with sound, up to 4K at 120 fps. Share to X in one tap, or copy the post text.
Sixteen styles
Pick how it moves.
Each style sets its own type, motion, transitions, ground and music. Hover a frame to play it. Every one works with any palette, font and format.
Try them in the StudioWebsite mode
Your site.
Your colours. Your fonts.
Paste a website and Klix reads its copy and its CSS. Claude builds the video from the site's own background, text and brand colours, uses its typeface when it can, and turns the preview image into a product shot. Below: eight real sites, untouched.

Claude directs.
Write the video you want the way you would brief an editor. Claude picks the style, palette, music, pacing, format and effects, and rewrites the words when you ask for a different tone. It keeps your website's colours unless you say otherwise.

Built for the launch post.
Direct it in a sentence
Calm keynote, dark trailer, hype reel. Claude turns your words into every setting in the Studio.
Wears your brand
Colours and fonts read straight from your site's CSS.
Words that hold up
Only claims your README or site supports. No hashtags, no emoji.
A score for every cut
House, synthwave, trailer, lo-fi and more, made in your browser in time with the edit: a build into the title, hits on every cut. Nothing to license.
Every feed, one click
Square for X, portrait for Instagram, vertical for Reels and Shorts, landscape for YouTube. The layout refits itself.
Frame by frame
Your browser draws and encodes every frame. No upload, no queue.
The studio
Every setting,
before you export.
Not just a link box. The Studio is a small editor: script, style, type, output, sound and effects, each on its own tab, with the preview updating as you go.

Or any accent colour, or your website's own palette.
Why Klix exists
Make every launch as watchable
as the work behind it.
That is the whole mission. Klix is here so that the person who spent months building something does not lose its moment to a plain link nobody stops for.
Great work, invisible launch
Most launches on X are a link and two lines of text. In a feed that moves this fast, that is easy to scroll past, no matter how good the product is.
Video is the format, but it is slow to make
A proper launch video means a script, an editor, motion design and music. Big companies have a team for that. Solo builders and small teams usually do not have the hours.
A premiere in a minute, for anyone
Paste the link you already have and get a trailer that looks and sounds like a studio made it, written from your own words, in your own colours.
We kept seeing the same thing: someone ships something careful and useful after months of work, then announces it with a link and two lines of text. It scrolls past in a second. The work was good; the launch was simply not built to be seen.
So we built the tool we wanted for our own releases. It reads what you already wrote, your README or your website, lets Claude write and direct the cut, and renders it on your own machine. No editor to learn, no stock footage, no music to license, and nothing made up along the way.

FAQ
Questions,
answered.
Something missing? Open the Studio and try it with the sample. It takes a minute.
Open the StudioWhat can I make a video from?
Any public GitHub repo, or any public website whose text is in the page. Sites that only show content after heavy JavaScript runs may not have enough text to read; Klix tells you when that happens.
Does Claude make things up?
It is told not to: lines come from your README or your site, and repo numbers come straight from GitHub. You can still edit every word before you export.
How does website mode match my brand?
Klix reads your site's CSS: colour tokens, the theme colour and the colours used most, plus the fonts. Claude picks the background, text and accent colours from those, and if your font is on Google Fonts the video uses it. Your preview image becomes the product shot.
What does Describe do?
You write the video you want in plain words. Claude sets the style, palette, font, music, pacing, format, frame rate and effects, and rewrites the script only when you ask for different words.
Where does the music come from?
It is not sampled from anyone. Each track is synthesized in your browser for your cut, so there is nothing to license.
Which formats and sizes can I export?
MP4 in square, portrait, vertical or landscape, from 720p up to 4K, at 60, 90 or 120 fps, with AAC sound. Chrome and Edge render frame by frame for exact frame rates.
Do I need an account?
No. Paste a link and go. There is a small daily limit on new scripts per visitor; anything already made loads again, and editing by hand is unlimited.
Is there a watermark?
Yes. Every video carries a small "made with klix" mark in a corner.
